1stShift Education and Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Information/Instructional Design, or Business Administration preferred One or more years' experience in developing and designing Computer-Based Training or administering a Learning Management System preferred Qualifications and Skillsets Demonstrates a strong attention to detail Demonstrated project management experience Possesses excellent time management, planning, and organization skills.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Computer literate, knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
), experience with Articulate E-Learning Authoring preferred Embraces problem-solving mentality.
Able to read, analyze, and interpret general information and follow instructions Essential Responsibilities to the Company Practices Koetter Woodworking's core values and support the company's purpose, mission and corporate goals Follows all safety standards and procedures Keeps work area clean and in order to ensure a safe work environment Ensures quality standards meet the company's and customer's expectations Other duties may be assigned in order to execute Koetter Woodworking's mission statement Essential Responsibilities for this Position Collaborates with the Computer Based Training development team to develop Koetter Woodworking e-learning training materials Responsible for writing curriculum for all department and other content applicable to all team members Collaborate and assist with a variety of stakeholders in implementing and using the Leaning Management System in their technical and functional activities.
Essential LMS Administration Responsibilities for this Position Schedules the training stations in coordination with managers Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
Manage technical and functional day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System.
User Management:
Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions.
Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and training requirements by position Course Management:
Publishes and archives online learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources.
Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information Manages tracking of course revisions and history Troubleshooting:
Acquires and maintains knowledge of KW LMS software and systems.
Manages the functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings.
Writes and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation.
Interface with Vendors (Vector Solutions/Articulate) to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to system functionality and software systems.
Other Reporting Responsibilities as may be required Responsible for maintaining confidentiality, trust, and credibility with Koetter Woodworking team members, fellow co-workers, and management.
This position will be exposed to confidential information and will be expected to keep that information private.
Gathers production and financial data to compile into standard reports that teams can use to improve performance.
Assists Continuous Improvement Manager with improving metrics as requested Assists managers with preparing Return-On-Investment forms Job Type:
