This opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked for a small business and is familiar with the idea of wearing many hats! This team member must maintain confidential information, have a strong work ethic, and must be trustworthy with absolute integrity.
Job Responsibilities Work within QuickBooks, inventory and sales system Manage and assist with multiple projects Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Reconciliations:
Multiples ledger accounts, bank, and credit card accounts Human Resources:
new hire paperwork, administering benefits, etc.
Banking:
Wire transfers, ACH's, book transfers Journal Entries Payroll Processing Miscellaneous duties and task pertaining to all operations Attributes High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with a high level of confidence Ability to work with changing priorities and multiple tasks Qualifications 1-year experience with QuickBooks 1-year experience with bookkeeping duties 1-year experience working within Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook) 1-year Human Resources experience 1-year Project Management Employee Benefits Vacation after 6 months of full-time employment Health Insurance after 90 days of full-time employment (50% of employee's premium paid by company) Simple IRA with Company Match after 1 Year 6 Paid Holidays from beginning of full-time employment Opportunity to work for a small family business with an awesome tight-knit team Job Type:
